Dan Lurie's Instant Action Positrain
is for everyone interested in getting fit.
First, be sure to consult your physician before starting any exercise program.
With today's stressful environment and easy access to high fat and low nutrition foods in restaurants and grocery stores, people are less healthy and don't take the time to nurture their bodies. Often, they turn to miracle diets, products and/or workouts which we all know only work in the very short term.
The fitness industry, especially when talking about bodybuilding, personal trainers and gyms specializing in weight training, is very broken up and has a reputation of only addressing the muscle bound group.
I generally recommend working out 4 days per week, taking Wednesday and weekends off. You will find you are more motivated and more fit (physically, emotionally) if you stay active in other pursuits.
Finally, before any training begins, I like to begin with some warm up stretches. When training a particular body part, we will start with light weight and gradually increase until you reach your targeted weight for that particular exercise. You should then be sufficiently warmed up.
